My experience is in managing small to mid-size businesses in primarily in the outdoor sporting goods industry and have also sold into military and rental markets. I have extensive experience from strategy development to day-to-day execution. From a sales perspective, I have experience in establishing on-line brand stores, selling to major on-line and brick and mortar retailers, and selling to smalI specialty shops. Over the last 30 years, I have had to lead my marketing teams from traditional to digital marketing. Operationally, I have experience with businesses that manufactured products domestically, owned overseas manufacturing facilities or sourced product from third party manufacturers in Asia. I have led R&D teams and helped drive product innovation. Over the years, I have had to wear many hats and get involved in all functions of running a successful business.
